GSC(Global Standards Collaboration)

GSC (Global Standards Collaboration) is an unincorporated voluntary organization dedicated to enhancing global cooperation and collaboration regarding communications* standards and the related standards development environment by facilitating exchange of information and identification of common views on priority topics, particularly with respect to emerging communications technologies, etc. GSC is not a standards development organization (SDO), and therefore will not develop standards.
* the term “communications” encompasses (tele)communications, radiocommunications and Information and Communications Technology (ICT)

GSC members meet annually and TTA hosted the 3rd, 9th and 17th Global Standards Collaboration (GSC) meeting in Korea.

The 21st GSC meeting(GSC-21) will take place on 25-26 September 2017 hosted by IEEE-SA. The venue for the meeting is IEEE Vienna Office and Conference Center. (Heinestrasse 38, 1020 Vienna, Austria)
