Opening Ceremony for the Global IoT Testing and Certification Center

TTA opened the Global IoT Testing and Certification Center to support international-standards-based testing, certification, and compatibility verification for the Internet of Things (IoT) products and services developed by small and medium enterprises. The opening ceremony was held on the fifth floor of the Hub Supporting Businesses in Pangyo on November 14. As an accredited testing and certification body for various international standards including IoT networks and platforms, TTA will offer comprehensive IoT testing and certification services. In particular, it will offer intensive support and consulting services to small and medium enterprises by verifying that their IoT products and services are in compliance with international standards and compatible with major IoT services in the markets. This will allow the small and medium enterprises in the Korean IoT industries to collaborate with telecommunication service providers and appliance manufacturers to create business opportunities and advance into overseas markets by ensuring their products’ compatibility with global players.
